Each year on Simchat Torah, over 500 young Jews come together— and from that energy, individuals commit to keeping one or more Shabbats in the year ahead.
The Simchat Torah Project turns that commitment into action with special Shabbat dinners throughout the year for those who took the pledge.
Join us as we bring the spirit of Simchat Torah to life!

Join CTRI and American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad of Washington DC) to learn how to save a life! This training is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to control severe bleeding in emergency situations.
Rapid response can mean the difference between life and death, and your actions before professional help arrives are critical.
Throughout this course, you will learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding, apply effective pressure, use tourniquets properly, and provide care that stabilizes victims until emergency responders reach the scene.
Your participation will empower you to save lives!
